Exchanges and Returns

The quality of our products is a top priority. Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop. However, on the rare occasion that a defect goes unnoticed, or if you receive an incorrect item, you may return it to us within 14 days. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement product.

You also have the right to change your mind. If you decide that your purchase isn't quite right for you, you may either exchange it for another product from our collection or request a refund. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make your request.

For international orders shipped outside Europe, your order is delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that all customs duties and import taxes are already included in the price you pay, so you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

If you choose to return your order, the following conditions apply:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable, as these amounts have already been paid to third parties and cannot be recovered by lundi once your order has been imported into your country.
• We will provide you with a prepaid return label free of charge.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original accessories, packaging, protective materials and tags.

Each product must be returned in the cotton protective dust bag supplied with your order, together with all protective elements originally included in the package.

If a returned product is damaged, shows signs of use, is incomplete, or is not returned with its original packaging and protective materials, lundi reserves the right to apply a reduction to the refund amount reflecting the loss in value of the returned product. In cases where the product can no longer be resold due to its condition, the return may be refused.

Guarantee and repair.

All of our products have a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects (manufacturing defects/abnormal malfunctions) and applies under normal use of the product. A request must reach us via the address lundi.contact@gmail.com, specifying the problem occurred accompanied by photos.

Please note that in the event of a problem, we give priority to repairing the product. This repair will be provided by our workshop and will take place as soon as possible. The product will then be returned at our expense to your address.

In case of a problem, we always favour repair over replacement. Repairs are carried out by our partner workshop within the shortest possible time. Once the repair is complete, the product will be returned to you free of charge.

To ensure the process runs smoothly, the item must be returned in a sturdy box, providing adequate protection during transport. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any repair if the product is received damaged due to improper packaging.
