Exchanges and returns
The quality of our products is key for us, and each of our products is checked at the end of the workshop. However, it can happen that a fault goes unnoticed. If a product is defective, or if we have sent you the wrong reference, you can of course return it to us within 14 days. We will bear the costs of return and send another product to you.
You also have the right to change your mind. If the product received does not meet your expectations, you can either request an exchange for another product from our collection, or ask us for a refund. You have 14 days to do so.
During this exceptional period, we are extending our return deadlines. Thus, for any order placed from November 20th, you will have until January 4 to change your mind and return your product to us.
To return a product to us, simply request it by writing to us at email@example.com. We are also available by phone from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on +33 5 54 52 33 47.
We take care of the costs of returning your products, whatever the reason. The refund will be made via the buyer's payment method. All products must be returned to us in their original packaging.
Guarantee and repair.
All of our products have a 2-year warranty. This warranty applies to all problems that arise during normal use of the product. A request must reach us via the address firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the problem occurred accompanied by photos.
Please note that in the event of a problem, we give priority to repairing the product. This repair will be provided by our workshop and will take place as soon as possible. The product will then be returned at our expense to your address.
