Delivery

Our orders are prepared by our teams every day, within a maximum of 24 hours. When you place an order on our website, your package is entrusted to the transport company at the latest the next day.

We offer 2 delivery options.

"Standard" delivery with Colissimo

This delivery is completly free, regardless of your purchase amount. Your order will be delivered to your address against signature. If you are not at home, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox and you can go to the post office nearest to you to collect your parcel, provided with your identity document.

Colissimo delivery times

  • France: 2 working days.
  • Europe: 2 to 4 days.
  • Rest of the world: 5 to 7 days.

 

"Express" delivery by UPS.

You will have to paid for this delivery option based on your destination country.

  • UPS delivery in France: 15 €
  • UPS delivery in Europe: 22 €
  • UPS delivery outside France and Europe: 35 €

UPS delivery times

  • France: 24 hours.
  • Europe: 1 to 2 days.
  • Rest of the world: 1 to 5 days.

We have the solution. UPS has partnered with convenience stores to provide you with a safe place to pick up your packages at your convenience. Redirect your packages to your preferred UPS Access Point before the first attempt to deliver to your home by being registered with UPS My Choice®.

Missed the first delivery attempt?

Several options are available to you. The UPS InfoNotice® service alerts you to their failed delivery attempt. With UPS InfoNotice, you can reschedule the delivery of your package. Simply log on to ups.com and enter your UPS InfoNotice number in the tracking field on the ups.com home page, or directly on the tracking page. You have the choice between the following options:

  • Pick up your package in a UPS relay
  • Deliver your package to another address
  • Deliver your package another day

You can also make another UPS delivery attempt (three attempts maximum). After three unsuccessful attempts, your package can be returned to the sender.
