Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects, including:
- manufacturing defects (seams, assembly),
- material defects resulting in abnormal or premature failure under normal conditions of use, such as: a break or crack in the leather unrelated to wear and tear or normal use, a tear in the fabric with no identifiable external cause (snag, impact, abrasion), a malfunction of metal parts (zippers, carabiners, buckles) not resulting from improper use.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear resulting from product use (marks, leather patina, scratches, deformation, softening of materials, color fading),
- damage resulting from improper or excessive use (overloading, impacts, repeated friction),
- damage caused by external factors (water, humidity, heat, prolonged exposure to sunlight, contact with greasy or corrosive substances),
- any modification or repair performed by an unauthorized third party.
To be eligible for the warranty, the product must have been purchased on our website or from one of our authorized retailers. Proof of purchase will be required.

Return shipping costs may be covered after the claim is approved. Following an assessment, we will confirm coverage of the repair or propose an appropriate solution.
