Exchanges and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order. If your order does not fully meet your expectations, you may request an exchange for another product from our collection or request a refund. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make this request.

Return shipping is free within the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order is delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that customs duties and import taxes are already included in the amount you paid when placing your order.

If you return an order shipped outside the European Union, we offer two options:

Option 1 – Refund to your original payment method

If you choose a refund, it will be processed in accordance with our international return policy:

• The refund is calculated based on the value of the product.
• Customs duties and import taxes cannot be refunded, as these amounts have already been paid to the country's customs authorities and cannot be recovered by us.
• Return shipping costs via DHL are the customer’s responsibility ($45 USD)

Option 2 – Gift card of equivalent value

If you’re considering choosing a different color or another product from our collection, we can instead issue you a gift card for an amount equal to the value of your product, including customs duties and import taxes that would normally not be refundable.

With this option:

• You will receive a gift card worth 100% of the product’s value (including customs duties and import taxes, but excluding return shipping costs).
• The gift card has no expiration date.
• Return shipping costs via DHL are the customer’s responsibility (45 U.S. dollars).

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original accessories, packaging, protective materials and tags.

Each product must be returned in the cotton protective dust bag supplied with your order, together with all protective elements originally included in the package.

If a returned product is damaged, shows signs of use, is incomplete, or is not returned with its original packaging and protective materials, lundi reserves the right to apply a reduction to the refund amount reflecting the loss in value of the returned product. In cases where the product can no longer be resold due to its condition, the return may be refused.

Guarantee and repair.

All of our products have a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects (manufacturing defects/abnormal malfunctions) and applies under normal use of the product. A request must reach us via the address lundi.contact@gmail.com, specifying the problem occurred accompanied by photos.

Please note that in the event of a problem, we give priority to repairing the product. This repair will be provided by our workshop and will take place as soon as possible. The product will then be returned at our expense to your address.

In case of a problem, we always favour repair over replacement. Repairs are carried out by our partner workshop within the shortest possible time. Once the repair is complete, the product will be returned to you free of charge.

To ensure the process runs smoothly, the item must be returned in a sturdy box, providing adequate protection during transport. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any repair if the product is received damaged due to improper packaging.
