1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the website www.lundi-paris.com between lundi Paris (the “Seller”) and any non-professional customer (the “Customer”).

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms without reservation.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or the natural characteristics of materials such as leather. Products are offered subject to availability.

3. Orders

The Customer confirms they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. Orders are confirmed upon full payment and email confirmation. lundi Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:suspected fraud, abnormal order patterns, prior disputes with the Customer.

lundi Paris reserves this right at its sole discretion and without obligation to justify its decision. Additional verification may be required.

4. Prices

Prices on the website are displayed in euros, including all applicable taxes. All prices include duties and import taxes (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). The price displayed at checkout is the final price paid by the Customer. Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation. lundi Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation. The price displayed at checkout and confirmed upon purchase is final and binding.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately.

Accepted methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Shop Pay
  • Alma (3 interest-free installments)

All payments are secure.

lundi Paris reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or abusive chargebacks.

6. Shipping

After order confirmation, the Customer receives a confirmation email along with tracking information. The Customer is informed of each stage of the delivery process via email.Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information (access code, name on mailbox, etc.). If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery or return of the parcel, reshipping costs may be charged to the Customer.

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 2–4 business days
  • International: 2–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary, particularly in case of force majeure or carrier delays. In any case, delivery will occur within a maximum of thirty (30) days from order confirmation, in accordance with applicable law.

Carriers: France / Europe: UPS, Chronopost, Colissimo

International: DHL

Deliveries are handled by selected carriers (UPS, Chronopost, Colissimo, DHL). Delivery is deemed completed once the product is made available to the Customer.If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, they must follow the carrier’s instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.

Delivery is deemed completed when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the goods. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon physical receipt of the goods.

7. Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped under DDP terms (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable taxes and duties are included in the price. No additional charges will be required upon delivery, except in cases of unforeseen customs issues beyond the Seller’s control. If the Customer refuses delivery, shipping and related logistics costs may be deducted from the refund.

8. Right of Withdrawal

If an Item delivered does not match the Customer’s Order, the Customer may return said Item to lundi by following the procedure outlined below. The Customer has the right to cancel their order at any time within 14 calendar days of the date on which they received the products, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. After this period, the sale is considered final and binding. If the Customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must contact customer service at lundi.contact@gmail.com and follow the instructions provided.

The Item(s) must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged packaging), and in perfect condition for resale (undamaged, unused, unsoiled, and unwashed by the Customer). After inspecting the returned Items, lundi agrees to refund the Customer the full amount paid for the Order, excluding any Express shipping fees selected by the Customer and any customs duties and taxes. Return shipping costs are covered by lundi.

We agree to refund you using the same payment method used to pay for the order.

9. Returns

Returns are free worldwide using a prepaid return label provided by lundi Paris.

Conditions:

  • product unused
  • in original condition
  • in original packaging

Exclusions: personalized products

Duties and taxes are non-refundable to the extent that they have been definitively paid to customs authorities.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

10. Warranty

Customers benefit from statutory legal warranties under applicable law. Additionally, lundi Paris provides a 2-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Depending on the situation:

  • repair (preferred)
  • replacement
  • refund

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • improper use
  • lack of maintenance
  • Legal warranties

Customers benefit from statutory legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These rights are not affected by the commercial warranty provided by lundi Paris.

11. Liability

lundi Paris products are designed to carry personal belongings under normal conditions of use. lundi Paris shall be liable for direct damages resulting from a proven defect in the product, in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a manufacturing defect or lack of conformity (including, for example, failure of a strap under normal use), lundi Paris shall be responsible for direct material damages caused to the Customer.

However, lundi Paris shall not be liable in cases of:

  • improper, abnormal, or unintended use of the product ((overloaded bag, left in damp conditions or exposed to sunlight, for example...)
  • normal wear and tear,
  • lack of proper care or maintenance,
  • modification or alteration of the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lundi Paris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • loss of data,
  • loss of revenue,
  • loss of business opportunities,
  • or any financial loss arising from the use of the product.

lundi Paris shall not be held responsible for the contents carried inside the product, except where a direct damage is caused solely by a proven defect in the product.

In any event, the total liability of lundi Paris shall be limited to the amount paid for the product.

12. Force Majeure

lundi Paris shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control.

13. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. Data is collected for order processing, customer relationship management, and marketing analytics.

  • Google Analytics
  • Meta Ads

Customers have rights of access, rectification, and deletion.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

All information in your account is used solely in the context of your business relationship with lundi. This information is never shared with third parties or resold. We never have access to your banking information. Transactions are processed entirely by SHOPIFY PAYMENT, PAYPAL, and ALMA.
