Order and delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 14 p.m. are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14 p.m. will be processed the next working day. Thus, for a delivery in France, if you order on Wednesday at 11 a.m., you will receive your order on Friday via Colissimo or on Thursday if you choose Express delivery. For international deliveries, Colissimo delays vary between 2 and 5 days. For Express deliveries, the delay is usually 2 days.
Is the delivery free?
All our Colissimo deliveries are free in Europe for every order over 100€. If you'd like faster delivery, Express delivery will cost you €20 for delivery within France and €30 for delivery within Europe. For international deliveries, we only offer express delivery, at a cost of €25.
Will I have to pay additional taxes for deliveries outside France?
No. We take care of all import taxes, i.e. customs duties and VAT. So you won't have to pay anything else, whatever the country of delivery. This is your guarantee that the price displayed on our site is the final price of your order. You won't be asked to pay anything else.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your product is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number of your order. You can therefore monitor the progress of your delivery at any time.
Can I return my order easily?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your product to us. To do this, simply send us a request by e-mail (lundi.contact@gmail.com). We will send you a prepaid return slip along with all the information to return your product to us for free. Products must be returned to us in their original packaging, and must not have been used. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the full amount of your order.
Is it possible to see the products in a store?
Our collection is present in more than 40 points of sale, spread over 6 different countries. The list of points of sale is available on our dedicated page. We advise you to call the store first, to check that the product you are looking for is available. Our partner boutiques do not have the entire collection in store.
Products warranty
Are lundi products guaranteed?
All of our products are guaranteed for 2 years against any problems arising during normal use of our bags and small leather goods. You just have to write to us at lundi.contact@gmail.com and we will take care your bag. The transport costs will be at our expense. In most cases, we will repair your product. If this is not possible, we will replace it with a new product.
What happens if a problem occurs after the 2 years warranty?
If a problem occurs after the warranty period, we invite you to write to us at lundi.contact@gmail.com so that we can analyze the necessary repairs. We will carefully consider all the elements and give a fair assessment of the case. Depending on the extent of the repairs, we may be able to propose you a paid repair service at a reasonable cost.
Our collections
Is it possible to personalize the products?
Yes, each of our products can be personalized with our laser engraving. This personalization is offered with the purchase of a bag, and will cost you € 20 for a small leather goods item. To do so, simply send us an email to lundi.contact@gmail.com. We will offer you simulations of the desired customization, which will allow you to see precisely the rendering on the product of your choice.
What are the different types of leather that you use?
We work with different types of leather, adapted to the constraints of our bags. We favor vegetable tanned leathers, which have a better impact on the environment. You will find a presentation of all of our materials on the dedicated page of our site.
How should I preserve a lundi product?
If you choose a product made in our embossed leather, no special maintenance is necessary. You can clean it with a soft cloth, water and soap.
If you choose a product made from our vegetable tanned leather (smooth leather or grained leather), more regular maintenance may be necessary to maintain all the beauty of your bag. To do this, you must first dust it off with a soft-bristled brush. Then you can apply a nourishing cream made from beeswax and jojoba oil. The Saphir brand offers excellent products adapted to our leathers. You will be able to clean the leather while preserving its flexibility. Apply a few drops on a cloth then polish in circles. Let dry for a few minutes and you're done.
What sizes of computers can fit in the lundi bags?
All of our bags are configured to accept 13 to 16 inches computers. Our inside pockets are 38 cm long and 27cm high. Only our Weekender bag (Wilson model) has a slightly more compact pocket: 33 cm long and 23 cm high.
